Terms of service

Applies to every engagement with Nuvexa OÜ unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

1.Services and scope

Nuvexa provides performance marketing services: paid advertising management, search engine optimisation, landing page design and development, and email marketing. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written plan issued after the free audit. Work outside the plan is quoted separately before it starts.

2.Fees and media budgets

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are payable within 14 days. Media budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms; Nuvexa does not mark up, hold or pass through media spend. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

3.Accounts, data and ownership

Advertising accounts, analytics properties, domains, email lists and creative assets are created in the client’s name and remain the client’s property. Nuvexa receives access rights for the duration of the engagement and removes its access on termination.

4.Term and termination

Engagements run month to month. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is invoiced; prepaid fees for unused months are refunded.

5.Liability and results

Marketing results depend on factors outside Nuvexa’s control, including platform policies, market conditions and the client’s product and pricing. Nuvexa commits to the process and reporting described in the plan, not to specific revenue outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Estonian law applies; disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.

1.What we collect

• Contact form and email: name, work email, company, budget range, message. Sent through your own email client; not stored on this website.
• Analytics: anonymised page views, device type, referrer, approximate country. Only if you allow analytics cookies.
• Client engagements: access credentials to advertising and analytics accounts, shared under the terms of service and stored in a password manager.

2.How we use it

To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services under contract, and understand which pages of this website are useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising to you.

3.Who we share it with

Processors we rely on to operate: email hosting, analytics (if enabled), accounting and invoicing software. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA; transfers outside are covered by standard contractual clauses.

4.Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Write to info@nuvexamedia.com; we answer within 30 days. We keep enquiry data for 12 months and contract data for 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law.
